Basically All presenter should be stayed in their session time.
- The oral presentation time is up to 10 minutes. If real-time show is impossible or you expect network failure, please send a video clip for presentation to icghit.ieie@gmail.com by January 12th.
- The poster presentation time is up to 5 minutes. Basically, the poster presentation should be done using the video clip, so please send the clip to icghit.ieie@gmail.com by January 12th. However, if the author wants a real-time presentation, please request it to the TPC chair.
- The authors should register by January 12th. The unregistered authors will not be given the URL for online conference, nor the paper will be excluded from E-Proceeding. Basically All presenter should be stayed in their session time.
Notification for COVID-19 Pandemic Issues
- If, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, any of the authors from overseas will not be able to come to Korea, the organizing committee of ICGHIT 2021 will provide them with the opportunity to present their papers online.
- However, if the government restrictions do not allow to organize a conference on-site, the entire conference will be held in OnLine mode using a videoconferencing system and virtual meeting rooms.
- If authors from institutions outside Korea may present their paper using online video due to the COVID-19, the registration fee will be discounted to USD 250 from USD 450.
